About the role:

Metropolitan Commercial Bank (the "Bank") is offering an opportunity for a IT Security Operations Analyst who will work within the Bank's growing Information technology team, performing the provisioning and deprovisioning of applications, and configuring the Identity and Access Management platform for workflows and certifications. The position reports directly to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO). This position is ideal for a candidate who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Duties and responsibilities of the job include the following (but is not limited too):

• Works with lines of businesses to determine access needed based on roles (Role Base Access Control) and implement the RBAC in the Identity and Access Management platform (IAM).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Thoroughly document all activities according to relevant policies and standards.
• Communicate regularly with users and other IT members regarding status, provisioning, etc.
• Perform provisioning and deprovisioning of applications and various assets as needed and approved, as well as other activities related to access control (password reset, extraction of entitlement reports, execution of daily / weekly / monthly controls, etc.).
• Work with the CDO and the Information Security team to define workflows, controls and enhancement of the IAM platform.
• Work with other team members to help find solutions for complicated system issues.

Preferred experience, education, and qualifications:

• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees, departments, divisions, etc.
• Perform quality work within determined timeframes
• Work on ad-hoc tasks, assignments and projects as needed
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or related field is required.
• 1+ years of security experience within a banking environment.
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers, vendors and shareholders

Potential Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
