JOB SUMMARY: The Jr. System Infrastructure Engineer will work closely with the senior infrastructure team to maintain and support the bank's IT infrastructure and help with Help desk escalations, as necessary. The position will be responsible for ensuring the stable and secure operation of all server, network, and storage systems

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users as needed
• Assist in the design and implementation of new infrastructure projects
• Install and configure network equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software, including operating systems, virtualization platforms, and system utilities
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Configure and maintain storage infrastructure, including SANs and NAS devices

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Familiarity with network equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Understanding of storage infrastructure, including SANs and NAS devices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of server hardware and software, including Windows and Linux operating systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Education, Training, and Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in system administration, network administration, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms, such as VMware or Hyper-V, Azure & AWS

Salary Range: $95,000- $120,000
