Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience providing technical support for desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our employees.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Hardware break-fix services for desktop and laptop hardware
  • Domain expertise – end-user computing
  • Mobile device support for user-related issues.
  • IMAC services for desktops, laptops, and other EUC devices.
  • Asset and inventory updating in ServiceNow asset management.
  • Vendor coordination services which include, MFD, escort, and issue management during a scheduled full-day visit.
  • Smart Hand Support for Server, Network, MFD, and other site-specific IT devices
  • Audio & Video conferencing support for user-related issues.
  • Smart hand support services which include but not limited to connecting cables to router, switches, and hub Moving cables into RJ-45 jack outlet at the end user desk for user/ desk movement Plug / Unplug of power cables connections) and Plug / Unplug of cables into PBX systems (smart hand)
  • Follow Covid protocols as per local Government norms & regulations.
