It Lead Business Analyst

Job Brief:

The Lead Business Analyst will be working on the Non-Real Estate Collections Delivery team and leading a cross-functional team in optimization of application capabilities & business processes. This individual would provide business analysis and support for the development, enhancement, quality assessment, and on-going support of the relevant lines of business (LOBs).

Essential Job Functions:

• Influences and significantly contributes to the design process to ensure it supports business requirements and an optimized user experience. Partners effectively with Enterprise Architecture to influence the portfolio role within Enterprise strategy
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements considering multiple users, risks, and/or impact scenarios and convey with appropriate level of detail to the development team
• Capture requirements for multiple highly complex systems across multiple stakeholders; understands and applies the SDLC to the execution of deliverables.
• Apply expertise of the business and its trajectory and work with technical and business teams to support business objectives and align to the roadmap
• Work with QAS to lead project testing strategy. Support and/or participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases and user experience.
• Utilize industry trends to influence requirements for new application features and enhancements that are consistent with strategic priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working within a financial services industry, including 2 in the Collections arena
• Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience within business analysis including leadership responsibilities
• Hands on knowledge through the QA lifecycle
• Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Work with development and test teams for both initiatives to ensure project success
• Highly motivated lead and team player with excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Compensation And Benefits

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $70,000 to $120,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
