iTalent Digital is seeking a Communications Manager/Program Manager to join our Technology Practice Group-6 + months to start!

This is a remote role (work from home!). This is an exciting role for the right individual to continue to cultivate your skills and domain expertise.

The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of marquee Fortune 500 accounts. You will be joining a family of other SMEs who have also specialized within this sector.

You will also interact closely with our iTalent Practice Directors, who will partner with you and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.

The CX Programs and Compliance team drives cross-domain initiatives that simplify lifecycle services and deliver faster time-to-value for our partners and customers. We build strong foundations for program succuss by supporting incubation, driving acceleration, and ensuring readiness to scale.

Role:

• Driving programs from strategy to execution
• Working across Customer Experience, Sales, Business Entities, Marketing, etc. to develop strategy, content and amplify messaging/call to action
• Strategic communications planning and the development of content, messaging and communications plans across entire organization portfolio
• Communications program management with various stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Required qualifications and skills

• 10+ years in media and communications

• 10+ years project management. Demonstrated large business project experience as lead PM or Program Manager.

• Business Process and value chain development.

• Budgeting and finance expertise.

• Marketing and business development skills

• Silicon Valley experience and mindset is essential

• Strong Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.

• Background in marketing, communications and public relations

• Excellent communication skills - exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills

• Messaging, Communications Planning, Branding and Positioning Development

• Program Design & Development

• Event Management Experience

• Strong project management and organizing skills – the ability to develop, execute and manage a complex plan with hundreds of work elements, and multiple team members, and meet aggressive deadlines.

• Strong stakeholder and change management skills. The ability to influence multiple functions at all levels, to close gaps in conflicting priorities and to align a core and broader virtual team to achieve a common goal.

• High energy and sense of urgency. Self-starter and self-motivated. Thrive in a pressured environment. Exhibit drive and tenacity.

• Confident in charting a path and making decisions with ambiguity and limited information, while at the same time identifying and managing risk.

• Bias to action, able to move quickly and decisively and bring the team along with them

• Strong leadership skills.
