Job Title:Dispatch Specialist I (Customer Service Role) Only W2 Candidates
Location:WORKS FROM HOME, 100% remote
Duration: 12 Months Contract (opportunities for perm hires, the position can also be extended past the original 12months)
W2 Contract (Can't work on C2C or 1099)
Rate:$14-$15/hr on W2
Looking : Someone from Customer Service exp with calling experience
Open 6am-830pm 7 days a week 2 different shifts 6-230pm, 12pm-830pm Central Time Will be scheduled 5 days Possibility to convert to a perm position Dispatch Center for 16 states within the US In the process of converting to a new dispatch platform, some errors in the new system, will have to do some things manually until the system is working correctly Need resources to help Help with transition to new system All computer application based Everything is within the salesforce system Typical day Updating due dates on customer install/repair services, assigning work item to field tech Manually updating something manually if the system is not working correctly Will receive training on the system Top Skills Computer Skills, need to have excellent computer skills They need to be able to work on computer Microsoft Products Know how to copy/paste, etc, be able to be in multiple applications at the same time Strong communication skills Team environment Open to a constantly changing environment, may have different things on a daily basis 3+ years experience in customer support roles, working on a computer
Utilize systems to monitor workflow and load the work to qualified technicians. Evaluate and reassign work to available technicians as needed. Work to monitor and regulate work volumes. Communicate with technicians and/or other departmental employees to resolve force availability imbalances. Read and analyze exception service orders and repair tickets to dispatch to the appropriate technician based upon the company criteria. Ensure that service orders and repair tickets are processed accurately. Acquires skills through a combination of formal training and considerable on-the- job experience. May serve as lead and/or primary technical resource within department or work area. High School, GED or equivalent education and relevant experience. 3+ years of related experience
