100% remote. Work in the comfort of your own home! *Enova is headquartered at 175 W Jackson Blvd. Chicago, IL 60604. Schedule options: (Central Time) Tues-Fri 9:15am-6:00pm, Sat 8:00am-4:30pm Sun-Thurs 10:00am-6:30pm Mon-Fri 11:15am-8pm No flexibility- must be able to work full schedules, no exceptions. Cannot miss more than 2 days within the first 90 days.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do as a Customer Service Representative:

• Provide loan extensions and process loan payments
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
• Provide a high level of service to our callers to ensure they understand the loan process, and to create referral
• Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls, chats or issues
• Answer inbound calls from customers to provide them with accurate product and service information
• Follow-up on all customer requests via phone, chat and email
