Sales for Learning & Development Consulting Services – 100% Virtual (Direct-Hire)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development professional who is interested in moving into a Sales role with Clarity Consultants. We are an established company with 30 years of excellent performance and an outstanding reputation in serving the Fortune 500 by providing candidates for project-based and staff augmentation roles within Learning & Development and Organizational Development (OD). We are seeking an individual with natural sales capabilities, a drive for success, and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment to leverage their foundation of knowledge in L&D and OD to serve our clients in an Account Executive role.
Role Responsibilities Include:
- Learn and keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Develop and present proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with past and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Leverage the expertise and tenure of our Talent Management team to provide client centric solutions.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Must be excellent at building client rapport, and dedicated to a sales career.
- 5+ years’ experience working in L&D or OD and/or 2+ years selling L&D or OD products and/or services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Degree preferred.

Location: This is a 100% virtual role with infrequent travel to major trade shows (1-3 per year) and an annual off-site company meeting (travel is <5%).

Compensation:
The salary range for this is $70,000 to $125,000 per year, plus commission and potential bonus. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
