Who We're Looking For - Corporate Recruiter - Contract
The Corporate Recruiter - Contract role at Clearlink will play a critical role in our talent acquisition efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and recruit high-quality candidates across various levels and departments within the organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates, building relationships with industry professionals, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. This is expected to be approximately a 3 month opportunity, but could be longer based on business need and availability.
The Impact You Will Make:
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication, feedback, and follow-up.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve overall recruitment performance.
  • Headhunting: Proactively reach out to potential candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities and effectively communicate the value proposition of joining our organization.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate cultural fit to identify the best candidates for specific roles.
  • Source and Identify Top Talent: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online databases, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Maintain applicant data and records: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information at all times.
What You Need:
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets, with a focus on quality hires and delivering within tight timelines.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the digital marketing & technology landscape, market trends, and competitor insights to effectively target and attract top talent.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and multiple concurrent recruitment projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, derive meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Talent Sourcer, or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and headhunting.
