Overview Sales Instructional Designers are responsible for creating and developing learning materials and programs that help sales teams learn and apply new skills and knowledge. They work with sales teams to identify training needs, develop learning objectives, and create instructional materials that meet those objectives. They also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. Detailed Job Description Sales Instructional Designers are responsible for creating and developing learning materials and programs that help sales teams learn and apply new skills and knowledge. They work with sales teams to identify training needs, develop learning objectives, and create instructional materials that meet those objectives. They also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. Sales Instructional Designers must be able to analyze and interpret data to identify training needs, create effective learning materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. They must also be able to communicate effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of instructional design principles and practices
• Knowledge of adult learning theory
• Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to create effective learning materials
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
• Experience in instructional design, sales, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of e-learning software and other instructional technologies
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and practices
• Knowledge of adult learning theory
• Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
• Knowledge of e-learning software and other instructional technologies
Job Experience
• Experience in instructional design, sales, or a related field
