Newcomb & Boyd is a multi-discipline engineering firm with over 250 employees headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with branch offices in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, and Charleston, South Carolina. We are seeking an experienced HR Training Coordinator to create, manage, and facilitate the training and development program for Newcomb & Boyd.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and facilitate annual compliance training.
- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
- Facilitate and track required job specific training.
- Interface across all functional teams, supporting the vision, strategy, and direction of Newcomb & Boyd.
- Develop & maintain a network of local preferred venues, vendors, and services, identifying cost savings through preferred partnerships, and conduct cost savings analysis and provide recommendations to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
- Assist in evaluating training programs.
- Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Review training materials from multiple sources and choose appropriate materials.
- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, coordinating enrollment, and tracking participation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of human resources duties principles
- Excellent ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitator skills to which employees respond positively.
- Creative skills to develop interactive training material
- Ability to work closely with other teams.
- Ability to interpret and administer company policies, code of ethics, and support company culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related business field
- Minimum three (3) years of Training and Development design experience
