Overview The Human Resources Training Development Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs for employees in an organization. This includes designing and delivering training programs, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Detailed Job Description The Human Resources Training Development Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs for employees in an organization. This includes designing and delivering training programs, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Human Resources Training Development Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external training providers and vendors. The Human Resources Training Development Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining training materials, such as manuals, handouts, and online resources. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
• Knowledge of current trends in training and development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in training and development
• Professional certification in training and development (e.g. CPLP, CPTD, etc.)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Knowledge of current trends in training and development
• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in training and development
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Experience in assessing training needs and evaluating training effectiveness
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement training programs for employees
• Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
• Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors
• Develop and maintain training materials, such as manuals, handouts, and online resources
• Monitor and report on training program effectiveness
