Role Description:
Passion for driving the people-oriented agenda wanted:
We are searching for a hands-on individual contributor, supporting Communities of Practice on Talent Acquisition, People Development, Employee Engagement, Internal Communication as project manager and practical support. You keep oversight over assigned HR licenses, organize training measure, facilitate events and deliver training upon request.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitation of events upon request
- Creation of aligned material from Communities of Practice (e.g., presentations, videos, eLearning)
- Gathering of data from the BUs to contribute to ESG reporting.
- Design and delivery of training upon request
- Organization of external experts for Communities of Practice
- Organization of training measures
- Creation of global reports for talent & succession, PDRs, Trainings
- Support assigned Communities of Practice as Project Manager to ensure effective working and in time delivery.
- Services for Communities of Practice and regional Bus
- Organization of global engagement survey tool, survey process and reporting
- Organization and surveillance of Global HR licenses (assessment tools, eLearning, etc.)
Requirements:
- Facilitation, presentation, and Coaching Education
- OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through significant experience working in the OD field.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business or social sciences, psychology, or equivalent qualification
- Working experience/knowledge about Lean Management
- More than 7 years of experience in design and implementation of people and leadership development, change, training, communication

- Skills for open and trusting cooperation across all levels of hierarchy in changing roles as designer, support, facilitator, consultant, coach and mentor (remote and face-to-face)
- Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.

- Willingness to travel (25%)

- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and other business language.
