Grants, Contracts & Closing Management

Produce budgets for grant proposals in collaboration with program leaders, the Development Department, and the Director of Finance & Shared Services.

Manages CFC’s consultant contracts and grants agreements process.

Manages sub-granting processes by soliciting and monitoring reports from grantees and updating reporting.

Manages corporate credit cards program.

Other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance & Shared Services.

Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years college with courses in social science or business.

Completion of an agency-sponsored management internship program.

Serves as a Casework Manager for the Division of Family and Community Services (FCS).

Requires two (2) years professional supervisory experience in a public welfare agency.

Three (3) years of professional experience utilizing policies, procedures and goals of public assistance programs and welfare reform.

Three (3) years of professional experience utilizing social casework methods, techniques, and principles, including reviewing, and evaluating casework activities.

Manage the procurement process for B2B services, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Associates degree or equivalent combination of experience (Bachelors preferred).

4+ years related administrative or business experience

Researches, locates and compiles information for reports. Assembles and categorizes figures for computation and calculations. Prepares statistical reports

Prepares and monitors budgets and grant allocations, and maintains accruals. Prepares documents required to maintain balanced accounts for review and approval.

Investigates, evaluates and resolves typical administrative or operational problems or situations affecting the work unit.

Checks materials submitted for supervisors attention to ensure all relevant data, authorizations and pertinent information are included.

Data entry of employee requirements

Provides support to the HR department as directed by HR Management

High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of relevant job experience with similar essential duties.

Possesses excellent organizational skills; detail oriented, and learns quickly.

Strong problem solving and administrative capabilities.

Team-player; always open to offer innovative and constructive ideas to continue our team's success, processes and efficiency.

Possess Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.

Demonstrates proclivity to utilize tools and quickly locate answers.

Ability to communicate with senior management

Partner closely with Global Sourcing Category Teams and our Managed Service Provider to ensure proper hand-offs and escalations, as needed

BA/BS or equivalent work experience

5+ years of related work experience

Experience driving customer service initiatives within a sourcing organization

Experience analyzing data and driving insights and data-driven decision making

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Full management of project lifecycle with heightened focus on stakeholder alignment, adherence to deliverables, controls, and governance

Build awareness to leading program health indicators with risk, issue, dependency, and critical path management at the core of the evaluation

Identify, evaluate, and implement various PM tools, techniques, and frameworks that enhance Project Management Service Delivery

10 years or more years combined experience as a Project Manager or equivalent professional leadership position

Thorough understanding of program, communications, and change management techniques and best practices

Program Planning Management and Execution

Ensures risk and compliance program management for our MSP in partnership with the Strategic Sourcing Governance Team.

Manage the sourcing purchasing paths with the MSP to ensure a delightful user experience.

Ability to communicate with senior management

Strategically manage Strategic Sourcing Managed Service Provider(s).

Manages day-to-day supplier relationship activities.

Manage sourcing strategy development - conducts opportunity analysis, data collection, etc.
