Support of HR projects and initiatives including maintaining performance management metrics and communications, ownership of talent acquisition requisitions, benefits liaison, managing compensation end-of-year process, supporting talent management activities, researching and coordinating training initiatives, etc.

- Support and own the new hire process and pre-boarding for client groups, facilitating first-class on-boarding experience and overall ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

- Provide project management support for key talent initiatives to drive effective and efficient execution.

- Support compensation process by ensuring accuracy/completeness of data; and checking for reasonableness of recommendations.

- Support hiring managers (screen resumes, candidate management in the ATS, interviewing); lead the full cycle recruitment of roles.

- Recommend training programs and utilization to support employee and management development. Coordinate training initiatives, including liaising with presenters.

- Produce/maintain accurate reports including quarterly headcount reports, recruitment reports, exit interviews, employee information; derive insights and make recommendations from the analysis.
