Job Title:Human Resources ExternalDepartment:HR
Description:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for all external communications and outreach to candidates, through LinkedIn and email. They must possess the knowledge to be able to functionally navigate Google Suite and LinkedIn; compose, track, and respond to emails promptly; and understand the interview process.
The HR Internal Coordinator is responsible for maintaining Balance Now’s internal directory of interns, conducting all internal communications via email and Slack, conducting check-in interviews and exit interviews, coordinating letter of recommendation and certificate of completion for interns, working on projects related to intern engagement, internship satisfaction, Balance Now culture, and organizational development.

*About the Internship:
We require 10-15 hours per week and a minimum commitment of 3 months with a weekly virtual meeting, 9-10am (Pacific Time) weekly on Tuesdays. Given that this is an unpaid internship, you would be provided with school credit, a letter of recommendation, references, networking and other career-growing assistance as needed.
