Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our HR team, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience at our firm. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with department managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Employing efficient and effective recruitment methods and strategies to attract top talent.
Conducting interviews and guiding managers through the hiring process.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Participating in college career fairs to engage with potential future talents.
Providing support on HR research projects and interpreting company policies for employees.
Maintaining employment records and conducting exit interviews.
Qualifications
We believe that our success lies in our talented and dedicated team. To thrive in this role, you'll need the following qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a recruiter or HR Generalist.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for innovation and process improvement in HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with internet sourcing skills and various job boards.
Preferred, But Not Required
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly valued:
Experience at a consulting, professional services, or architecture/engineering firm.
Working knowledge of iCIMS or Cornerstone.
HR certifications demonstrating your expertise in the field.
