Summary
Are you passionate about ensuring compliance while driving HR innovation? As our HR Compliance Manager, you'll play a vital role in upholding compliance standards, staying ahead of emerging trends, and enhancing internal controls through the creation and documentation of HR policies and procedures. Your work will align with business standards and legal requirements, shaping a workplace that thrives on respect, inclusion, and ethical excellence.
Job Responsibilities (prioritized)
Stay Ahead of Legal Trends: Keep a watchful eye on evolving federal, state, and local legislation and regulations impacting our team members. Adapt and enhance HR policies to ensure unwavering compliance.
Collaborative Compliance: Collaborate with various HR functions and our legal team to create, review, and implement meticulous documentation, controls, and practices that align with existing and forthcoming laws.
Policy Craftsmanship: Manage, revise, and communicate corporate HR policies, including our Team Member Handbook, ensuring our workforce is well-informed and aligned.
Empower Through Education: Design and deliver engaging training sessions on essential HR compliance subjects, new policies, and legal updates to HR leaders and other stakeholders.
Champion Process Enhancements: Lead and manage vendors related to compliance, while spearheading HR process and technology upgrades. Ensure seamless transitions and provide necessary training.
Audit Excellence: Take charge of HR audits, maintain compliance-related training records, and report key insights, trends, and areas of concern.
Spotlight on Improvement: Identify opportunities for process refinement and potential risk mitigation. Share insights with HR partners, managers, and leadership for effective action.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Basic Education And/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience.
Experience in Process Improvement or Project Management
Basic Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Showcases Critical Thinking & Problem-solving Abilities.
Proven data interpretation skills to identify issues and establish metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
Solid grasp of industry standards, processes, and regulations.
Travel Requirements
Willingness to travel up to 15% for business purposes (within and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)
Previous experience in infusion or alternative site settings.
Master’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
