Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join the organization on a Workday project as a Sr. HR manager to manage Legal, Privacy, and Policy compliance requirements within a large-scale Workday implementation project. The Legal lead's main responsibility is to gather requirements and facilitate discussions between the project team and the Legal, Privacy, and Policy departments within the Workday project system build.
What you’ll be doing:
·Act as a facilitator and point person between the multiple project teams and manage Legal, Privacy, and Policy reviews and recommendations needed during the project design and build stages project timelines.
·Attend technical design sessions as the Legal lead to help identify issues & risk areas for further review with Legal, Privacy, and Policy groups
·Manage and track legal review requirements in line with the project timelines
·Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, and Policy groups to facilitate required reviews and recommendations
·Work with squad leads & Legal to draft and proposed risk mitigation strategies
·Manage multiple stakeholders in the Legal & Compliance teams
·Facilitate internal communication (discussions, decision making and conflict resolution) and foster effective collaboration
What we’re looking for:
·Experience in a similar role, working in fast-paced, sophisticated environments, delivering business critical projects
·Experience in managing HR Legal, Privacy & Policies for US and International businesses
·Knowledge of Human Resources business processes
·Previous experience working in a global environment, with colleagues in different time zones
·Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
·Preferred: Knowledge of Workday (or similar HCM application)
·Preferred: Experience in corporate legal environment for large multinational corporations
·Preferred: Experience using JIRA and working in an Agile Project environment
·Preferred: Experience using Smartsheet’s
