Key Responsibilities

Requirements For HR Generalist Role
Possess 3+ years of combined experience in both recruiting and HR generalist functions.
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (based in California).
Possess an HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP.
Bring prior experience in the healthcare sector, demonstrating familiarity with wellness initiatives, health benefits, and related areas.
