Help us scale our Total Rewards Programs. It’s a great time to join Integrate as a Sr. Compensation Analyst as we have a slew of projects on our plate as we look towards 2024 with a fresh focus. We are building out a more formalized job family and grade structure, implementing new technology with Ceridian Dayforce’s Compensation module, reviewing our variable pay programs such as bonuses and commission plans for 2024 and preparing our budget. We have three primary regions to support – a rapidly growing team in Chennai, India, a workforce distributed across over 30 states in the US and a team primary clustered around the London region in the UK.
In addition to driving projects and partnering on design work, you’ll serve as the administrator of key programs. You will spend time:
- Monitor Compliance - Remain current and recommend solutions related to worldwide compliance from FLSA and transparency laws in the US to labor codes in India to time off programs in the UK.
- Elevate Education – With new programs and structures, you help equip our leaders and employees with knowledge and tools leading to higher utilization and satisfaction.
- Job Families and Grades – This new framework will need ongoing maintenance. You’ll partner with our Talent Development and People Solutions Teams to map out careers, determine job levels, price and slot jobs.
- Short Term Incentive Plans – We maintain multiple plans. They will need documentation, calculations and tracking. This is in addition to revisiting these programs at least annually.
- Base Pay – You’ll manage our base pay cycles and consult on one off increases related to job redesign, promotions, internal equity and market adjustments.
- Commissions Programs - Each month you’ll calculate and report out on commissions. And often you’ll be partnering with internal and external partners on plan revisions, special circumstances and process improvement.
- Keep Us Competitive – You’ll conduct ongoing research, analyze market data, present compensation program insights, assist with headcount budgets and more.
- Long Term Incentive Plans – As a private company, we have several long-term plans for our employees. Periodically, recordkeeping, education and some design work will be required.
