Business Systems Analyst - 74641

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team for a large data project. The project has identified the need for a skilled BSA who can contribute their expertise in data analysis, project management, and retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data organization and possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of a comprehensive data dictionary during the deployment phase.
• Validate that the developed solution meets acceptance criteria through rigorous testing and evaluation during the testing phase.
• Creation of documents with Discovery and define document, capturing project requirements, goals, and objectives.
• Thoroughly document and publish the results, ensuring clear and concise communication of findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and stakeholders, to develop and execute unit test cases, ensuring the accuracy and functionality of the solution.
• Ensure metric standardization of key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate accurate data analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to build acceptance scenarios that align with project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of data organization and data management principles.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the retail industry and its operational processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in a data-driven environment.
• Proficient in project management tasks, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
