Position: Business Systems Analyst – Cisco Unified Voice
Terms: 12-month+ contract
· Cisco Unified Voice - V13 or higher, V14 preferred*** (Most important)
· Video Conferencing
· Merger work with CIT
· Supporting legacy our clients infrastructure and merging companies legacy Infrastructure
· Telephony focus
· Merging company phone systems to our clients phone system
· Specific - Cisco Voice Analyst
· Design work and Support
· Evening migrations and support following day when users use what they did the night before
· Being involved in analysis and prep work reach out to users to clarify any questions.
· Do build out on phone system to match requirements.
· 1-2 hours work in the evenings is likely a day or two per week
· Because of evening migrations- West Coast could work well.
