Summary:

The Analyst – Systems Analysis position is responsible for providing systems analysis for systems implementation and software development projects. This position will work with the business to gather business requirements and generate systems requirements to provide solutions using our requirements development practices. The position will also develop and manage requirements, create user stories or use cases, provide support for testing and production support to system stakeholders as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated understanding of relational database applications and modeling concepts
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in top skills required for this position
• Does not require sponsorship
• Proven experience translating business requirements and objectives into technical system requirements for development and testing teams
• Solid understanding of file formats such as XML/XSD and JSON
• Proven liaison between business users and technical system teams
• Advanced problem solving and analytical abilities
• Experience working remotely with geographically dispersed teams, including offshore
• Experience with application and integration requirements gathering, including API design/management and tools such as Postman and Apigee
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries using joins, groupings, etc.
• Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPM) methodology, specifically BPMN standard notation and tools required to facilitate BPM documentation
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services and concepts a plus
• Hands-on experience working with fast paced Agile project teams including participation in stand ups, retrospectives, sprints and other Agile ceremonies

Educational Requirements and/or Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant degree program.
