You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as developing and executing recruiting strategies. If you have a knack for finding the right talent and a drive to help our organization succeed, this is the job for you!
Overview The HR Generalist Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the recruitment and selection process for the organization. This includes developing job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. The HR Generalist Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining the organization’s recruitment database and tracking recruitment metrics. Detailed Job Description• Develop job postings and source candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain the organization’s recruitment database and track recruitment metrics.
• Provide support to the HR team in other areas as needed.
Job Skills Required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) preferred.
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
