Healthcare Customer Service Rep- 100% Remote ($20.00 / Hour)

Main Details

• Location: 100% Remote
• Start: 8/28
• Pay: $20.00/Hour
• Duration: Open Ended Contract (Guaranteed until November 2023)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 9:00pm EST (5:00am - 7:00pm AZ Time)

Outreach Responsibilities:

• Provide white glove support to high-CAHPS risk members
• Make high-volume outbound calls to current members (100+ per day)
• Assess member's needs and offer help resolving issues related to access to care, care coordination, access to medication, and social determinants of health (SDoH)

Necessary Experience/Skills

• Must have camera on during meetings
• Must have a dedicated quiet area for calls
• Proven reliability and good attendance
• Open availability between 5am - 7pm (AZ Time)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills and reliability as an independent worker
• High-speed internet and ability to hardwire if needed
• High School Diploma or GED
• Healthcare and/or outbound call center experience is a plus
• 1 year of call center/customer support experience
