Inbound – Customer Service Representative


The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is an essential member of the Patient Support Center. The CSR interacts with customers, via incoming phone calls, to provide information in response to marketing inquiries throughout the United States. In this role you will interact directly with valued customers, making time to answer questions regarding our important health services in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.


Additional Skills & Qualifications


  • At least 1-2 years of cutsomer service experience
  • Call Center Experience
  • Able to work 1 day of the weekend
  • Document calls and customer information
  • Ability to upsell products to customers and answer questions
