Customer Service Rep (Remote)- Urgent Hire ($20.00 - $21.00 / Hour)

Employer is seeking a Sales Customer Service Rep – Individual Medicare Sales to join our team. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from individuals wanting to RSVP for an upcoming sales meeting.
• Read all details in the order assigned to meet regulatory requirements and document responses accurately.
• Make outbound calls to prospective members, offering sales kits for the upcoming year.
• Document all calls and RSVPs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 as instructed.
• Follow a call script with 100% accuracy and leave clear voicemail messages when calls are not answered.
• Call prospective members to offer kits for the upcoming year, ensuring correct mailing addresses are on file and leaving clear voicemail messages when calls are not answered.
• Shift to handling enrollment calls by phone starting on October 15th.
• Enroll prospective members in Medicare plans using a call script and entering data into fillable PDF enrollment forms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in a relevant field is a plus.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, outreach, and/or enrollment roles.
