Remote Faith-Based Retention Specialists ($18.00 / Hour)

Job Responsibilities

• Meet quality assurance metrics and customer survey requirements
• Determine root cause of member attrition and overcome obstacles to retain members
• Perform data entry and multitask between computer screens
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for member follow-up
• Retain members within health care organization through sales and problem-solving techniques

Hours And Compensation

• Hourly pay plus commission
• 9-hour shift with 1-hour lunch, Monday-Friday
• Flexible schedule between 8am-9pm EST (or 6am-7pm MST)

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent sales, sales negotiation, or retention experience in an office/call center environment
• Strong multitasking skills
• Ability to work with multiple computer screens and systems
• Personal or professional experience with Christianity
• Reliable home internet connection with minimum 10 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload, and under 100 ping
