Responsibilities

• Resolve consumer issues and provide troubleshooting information
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats
• Negotiate and diffuse escalated consumer interactions
• Maintain schedule through Whirlpool and Randstad computer systems
• Place consumer initiated orders and schedule service

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience
