Team Overview
As marketing technology continues to evolve, new technologies are unlocking access to valuable data sets, opening opportunities for new revenue streams and creative collaboration that drive better business outcomes for marketers. The team is at the center of this growing and exciting area, working across data science, product, and technology to bring new solutions to market.
Position Overview
This position is accountable for managing relationships and driving integrations across 2P platforms, including commerce and retail media networks, media platforms (e.g., “mini gardens”), CDP’s, and CTV to enable industry-leading insights, activation, and measurement capabilities. Because every integration may bring a unique set of restrictions and challenges, this position will be working with leading market and proprietary technologies including clean rooms, identity, and ID-less data integration. This is a great role for a data-savvy relationship-builder with media planning knowledge.
Qualifications
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Experience with data clean room solutions
  • Experience with Connected TV (CTV) marketing partnerships
  • Organized: Must be able to manage to deadlines and prioritize daily, weekly and monthly task
  • Familiarity with CRM data management is a plus
  • Understanding of the mechanics surrounding audience data matching
  • Excellent communications skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background
  • Solutions-oriented approach to partner management
  • Ability to work in an agile manner in a rapidly changing requirements environment
  • Knack for creating organization and process, in particular where none exists
  • Strong knowledge of media use cases
  • 5+ years in media or partnerships role
  • Energized by simultaneously working across multiple projects

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own partner contracts including stewarding process across internal and external stakeholders, as well as serving as internal SME surrounding contractual requirements and restrictions
  • Establish and maintain strong partner relationships enable Annalect to differentiate itself in the market across
  • Coordinate across a multi-functional team to design, test, and scale 2P platform partner integrations which help to differentiate Omnicom in contract to our competitors
  • Determine method of integration utilizing various methodologies and technologies – including clean rooms, direct match, or ID-less – in collaboration with internal SMEs
  • Translate use cases as driven by capability leads to tangible workstreams across product, data science, and technology
  • Ensure a productive working relationship with platform partners
  • Accountable for trackers, communications, and meetings to ensure organizational clarity surrounding integration status across use cases

  • Ongoing oversight of the maintenance and/or iterations of existing 2P integrations, as needed
  • Omnicom's strategic partners feel that their projects are being effectively managed and see the benefits of working with Annalect
  • Launch of new 2P platform integrations that elevate the sophistication and quality of our capability
  • Internal stakeholders feel it is easy to work with the Global Strategic Partnerships team and they understand the benefits of the 2P partner integrations

Compensation Range: $112,000 to $160,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living) . The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, Benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependence Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation, sick, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
