Role & impact
As a founding member of our Growth team, you will be directly responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering modern and engaging campaigns to achieve (or surpass!) revenue goals. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to create and execute strategic and thoughtful customer-centric programs that drive pipeline generation, resulting in increased revenue. You’ll have autonomy and support to identify, test and analyze new channels to optimize acquisition, and then make strategic decisions based on your findings.
About You
  • Partner with the Sales team to run integrated campaigns driving efficient acquisition through the funnel through nurturing, pipeline acceleration campaigns, and targeting
  • Establish a reporting cadence to deliver insights, make quick shift decisions and evaluate overall ROI on programs and campaigns
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate (with support from Orb)
  • Gain a deep understanding of the target audience and core messages needed to produce effective demand generation campaigns
  • Take an iterative data-driven approach to understand the efficacy of various programs to grow and optimize effectively
  • Design, execute, and measure experiments across growth channels. We’ve seen success with account-based marketing tactics, content marketing, organic referrals, and more; we’ll look to you to drive strategy on where to double down.
You might be a good fit if you have:
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a growth or marketing role supporting revenue generation in B2B SaaS
  • Strong digital marketing background, including experience with Google Ads, Linkedin Campaign Manager, ABM platforms
  • Technical acumen of marketing systems and processes
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience scaling demand marketing programs
In order to thoughtfully scale the company and avoid downstream inequities, we don’t use leveling titles at Orb. You will not see us use prefixes like “Senior” in our job descriptions.
