The Role:
The Growth Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in driving our client's continued growth. By owning all top of funnel marketing efforts and working closely with their sales team on mid- and bottom-funnel needs, you will drive the next phase of growth for the company. Responsibilities:
- Work with the finance team to establish and adhere to budgetary parameters
- Regularly conduct comprehensive digital benchmarking exercises, analyzing competitor strategies and identifying opportunities to enhance their digital approach
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging fintech developments – ensuring that our client remains a trailblazer in the field
- Own growth marketing: lead the creation, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing campaigns to attract new wealth advisors and clients
- Conceptualize and oversee outreach initiatives to spotlight events, foster engagement with potential prospects, and enhance brand presence
- Nurture collaborative relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders, orchestrating the successful deployment of marketing campaigns
- Define and track KPIs to continually measure and assess campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions for constant improvement
Qualifications:
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms (particularly HubSpot), and data reporting tools
- Deep understanding of acquisition techniques, best practices across all digital channels, marketing measurement, and advanced tracking methods
- Knowledge of the wealth management industry (preferred, not necessary)
- Stellar track record of independently driving strategy and execution of successful lead-generation campaigns at high-growth companies
- Exceptional analytical aptitude and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels, including WebFlow, paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategies
- BA (ideally, MBA)
- Proven ability to manage campaigns targeting diverse B2B audiences (B2C a bonus)
- 8+ years of growth marketing experience
