The first business launched, Sparrows.co, is a socialprofileand relationship platform for facilitating connections and sparking conversations.
The second launched business, Butterfly.co, is a platform for celebrating life's most important moments and the lives of lost loved ones.
We are seeking a passionate Growth Marketer to establish and manage social profiles, expand and track user engagement, develop strategic campaigns, and other related marketing tasks. You will have the opportunity to join a close-knit team, working directly with the founder and Product Lead.
Responsibilities:

• Develop a social media presence across channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
• Workclosely with Product to help guide the direction of our creative campaigns and programs
• Craft multi-channel marketing strategies that drive new user awareness and growth

Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• 3-5 years of experience in social media, email marketing, lead generation, and/or performance marketing at a consumer brand, tech company, startup, or agency
• Passion for social media and community building
• Experience with social media analytics tools
