Job Description

Join our product team as a Growth Marketing Specialist! You'll work with our cross-functional team of marketing, engineering, design, and product experts to expand our user base, improve retention, and increase revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who blends entrepreneurial spirit with data-driven insights to enhance the user experience and drive key metrics. As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll establish best practices for product marketing strategy, execute go-to-market plans for major product launches and updates, and serve as a spokesperson and advocate for our company. We're looking for a self-starter with a "growth hacker" mindset and experience in customer acquisition, funnel conversion, customer activation, and retention. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement mobile app user acquisition and retention strategies
  • Develop and execute mobile app launch plans that drive user adoption and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement mobile app positioning, messaging, and value propositions
  • Conduct market research to inform mobile app and marketing decisions
  • Analyze and report on key mobile app performance metrics, and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with product management to drive mobile app roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Manage relationships with key mobile app store platforms, vendors, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on mobile app industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate these into marketing strategies.
  • Manage mobile app marketing budgets and ensure ROI is maximized
  • Plan and execute Jefit community events and foster a vibrant user-generated content environment to encourage engagement from our mobile app users. Utilize user feedback to improve our product messaging and community engagement.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to develop and execute mobile app marketing initiatives, with a focus on optimizing the app's visibility, discoverability, and conversion rates on various app stores.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new mobile app features and updates


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex mobile app ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with mobile app analytics tools, mobile app store optimization tools, and mobile app marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of mobile app marketing channels and tactics including ASO, paid user acquisition, push notifications, in-app messaging, and social media marketing
  • Experience with new product onboarding and optimizing the onboarding experience based on data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving mobile app environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple mobile app projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use mobile app data to make informed decisions
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with mobile app product, design, engineering, data analytics, and customer success teams
  • Passion for mobile app technology and mobile app product marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in mobile app product marketing, with a track record of success.
