The Growth Marketing team at Caffeine Army is responsible for driving our brand's growth, building a community of millions of individuals striving to live their best lives.

We are seeking someone who wants to grow and improve by 1% each day alongside our company, someone who embodies an ownership mindset, responsibility, and great proactivity. As a Growth Marketing Associate, you will have complete ownership of our paid social channels, including Amazon, Facebook, and Google Ads. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional to make a significant impact and contribute to the rapid growth of our company.

You will be responsible for our marketing channels: Amazon, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads, executing, and reporting on key results. You're comfortable with the platforms, creative concepts that perform well, and data-driven analysis and iteration. You can think strategically and are able to use data for strong decision making.

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and optimize performance across paid social channels, including Amazon, Facebook, and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics tools to maximize ROI.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and industry innovations in growth marketing.
• Create and manage engaging and compelling ad campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate conversions.
