Job Description
This is a fully remote position.


Love in Faith is a purpose-driven faith-based apparel and product company with a mission to uplift and bring people together through our unique designs. We are seeking a talented and results-oriented individual to join our team as the Growth Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead our efforts to drive growth, expand our customer base, and increase brand awareness through innovative and impactful marketing strategies.


Responsibilities


  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with like-minded partners and influencers to expand brand reach and drive mutually beneficial growth opportunities
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to achieve maximum ROI and drive cost-efficient growth
  • Customer Segmentation and Personalization: Identify and target key customer segments to tailor marketing messages and promotions that resonate with specific audiences
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and influencer marketing
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and proposed action plans to the leadership team
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and compelling content that reflects Love in Faith's brand identity and faith-based values
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze customer journey data and website performance to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and enhancing the overall user experience
  • Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with Love in Faith's mission and values. Define clear goals and KPIs to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics and marketing tools to derive actionable insights, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions


Requirements


  • Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing market conditions and consumer preferences
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively to develop innovative marketing strategies while staying focused on overarching business objectives
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to extract insights and guide marketing decisions
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and influencer marketing
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Proven track record of at least 4-5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles, preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry
  • Passion for Impact: A passion for using marketing as a means to positively impact people's lives by spreading messages of faith, hope, and love


Physical Demands


While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk and hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person, over the telephone, and/or via video conference.

Emotional Demands


  • Comfortable with technology. Able to navigate data through computers, mobile, software, databases. Stay up to date with technology advances
  • Communication skills. You need to have advanced communication skills in both oral and written form. Emails and written communication with colleagues and external partners, written reports for senior executives. Able to communicate complex financial information to people outside of the finance department
  • Confident decision-making skills. You will need to review data and make sound decisions on what actions to take and make confident recommendations to senior management. You may need to make decisions quickly with limited amounts of information in urgent situations
  • Oriented to detail. Financial forecasts rely on projections which can be impacted by even minor changes in sales patterns, consumer sentiment, economic shifts, competitor changes, etc. You will need to be attuned to small changes in all streams of data
