Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of General Manager for our Overseas Subsidiary based in Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a vital role in establishing and managing our subsidiary, in alignment with the business strategy of the parent company. The General Manager will be the torchbearer in developing a strong market presence in Vietnam, managing operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality logistics and transportation services.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with risk control and legal departments to ensure policy compliance, supervise payment collections, and mitigate risks.
• Develop and refine the service system based on local market needs to ensure the delivery of top-notch logistics and transportation services.
• Support in identifying and securing key customers, streamline overseas processes, and enhance key customer service quality.
• Spearhead the initial setup and end-to-end operation management of the local subsidiary in line with the group's business strategy.
• Maintain abreast of national policies, market information, and industry relations in the regional market, proactively responding to changes.
• Lead team management focusing on members' skill enhancement and performance improvement.
• Optimize customer solutions by integrating and coordinating resources through the company's platform and local resources, in accordance with the overseas market strategy.
• Establish and implement a robust marketing system in Vietnam, leading the team to penetrate the local market and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher; preferably aged between 35-45.
• In-depth understanding of the market environment in Vietnam and Southeast Asia; willingness to relocate and prior experience in Vietnam is advantageous.
• Goal-oriented, with sharp market acumen, business development skills, and risk awareness.
• Proven experience in team building with exceptional team management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English is required, Chinese or Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong alignment with the company's culture and values, and impeccable professional ethics.
• 10 years' experience in the international logistics or freight forwarding industry; overseas experience is a plus.
• This role is open for Chinese nationals who works at Vietnam.
