Skybox is seeking an innovative and upbeat leader with the ability to get things done.
Reporting to the CMO, the Global Growth and Demand Gen Director plays an integral role in making Skybox known as a thought leader in the Continuous Exposure Management, Vulnerability Management, and Network Security Policy and Config Management spaces.
The successful candidate will have experience launching campaigns leveraging cutting-edge technologies and tactics to engage enterprise accounts successfully, generate pipeline, and move these accounts effectively through the buyer's journey.
It requires someone well-versed in Salesforce.com, Marketo, and LinkedIn and has a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing investments. The candidate will also be an integrated campaign and content development lead who thinks across all stages of the buyer's journey and which channels to leverage to drive demand.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer success, to develop and refine value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
- Partner with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, ensuring seamless lead handoff while optimizing conversion rates.
- Influence and inspire a high-performing marketing team, providing strategic guidance, fostering collaboration, and encouraging innovation.
- Develop integrated campaigns and drive content development to ensure the effectiveness of the buyer’s journey.
- Leverage data-driven insights and marketing automation tools to optimize marketing campaigns, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global growth and demand generation strategy to achieve qualified pipeline targets in support of global sales and channel partners.
- Define and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively generate demand, engage prospects, and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.

- Has worked in cybersecurity and is comfortable with the personas and enterprises that we target
- Exceptional project management and executive reporting skills
- High skilled writer and editor that takes pride in driving a world class content journey in collaboration with subject matter experts
What we expect to see in a great candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in B2B technology marketing, with a focus on global growth and demand generation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
- Demonstrated experience in driving high-performing marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, and driving results.
- Deep expertise in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and account-based marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry or a similar technology sector is highly desirable.
