Project Specialist Virtual Demand Center Jobs

Experienced APPs, five or more years of experience required.

Candidate must physically reside in NC/SC; Pediatric Urgent Care/ED experience a strong preference.

Outpatient only, Shift based coverage, typically 2-3 APPs on same shift

Weekend coverage every 3-4 weeks

Patient load of 3 per hour

Current office hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am – 9:00pm

7+ Years of PMO Experience - Ideally Coming from Law

Experience Leading PMO Solutions End-to-End

Experience with Key Tools such as Smartsheet & JIRA

Owning and Leading Global Project Portfolio

Establishing Policies, Standards, and Solution Delivery

Advanced College Degree in Computer Science, IT/IS, or Business Administration

Assist with executive slideware and polish walking deck

Develop reporting ROB aligned to the FY23 H2 executive meeting ROB

Identified Owner, Audience, Topic Lead, Frequency, Recommended Agenda Topics

Establish standardized reports to be used in LT and executive meetings

Review, assess, and recommend a list of standardized reports based on desired outcomes and priorities

Support codification of opportunities to optimize Self- & Sales-Serve programs
