Prosperity Workforce Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Recruiter/Independant Consultant to support our recruiting activities within the Healthcare and Mental Health sector.
Please note: This positions is 100% commissioned based. This opportunity would be great for someone who has previous agency recruitment experience and is currently an independant consultant.
As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in driving our recruitment strategy by attracting, evaluating, and engaging talent. With your expertise in innovative and proactive approaches, you'll oversee the full cycle recruitment process and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Your collaborative and dynamic personality allows you to excel in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you'll embody Prosperity Core Values with passion and enthusiasm in all your endeavors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn or Indeed)
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct intake meetings with Workforce Solutions Advisors to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
- Network with candidates offline during job fairs
- Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
- Update Workforce Solutions Advisors on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates)
- Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
Qualifications
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products
- At least one year of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically in Healthcare & Mental Health
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems
