Job Description

BSM Consulting is seeking a talented and motivated Full Desk Healthcare Recruiter to join our team as an independent contractor. As a Full Desk Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships. Your primary focus will be on recruiting healthcare professionals, including clinical and allied health professionals, and administrative staff. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to effectively match candidates with client needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of proven experience as an agency healthcare recruiter, preferably with full desk experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, including roles, specialties, and industry regulations.


KEY SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate candidates’ credentials, licenses, certifications, and references to ensure compliance with industry standards.


Candidate Assessment and Selection:

  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates’ qualifications, experience, and technical skills.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering quality candidates within agreed-upon timeframes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other clients.
  • Understand clients’ staffing needs, including specific requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.


Recruitment Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, changes in healthcare regulations, and emerging job market demands.


The salary range for this position is $30-35/hour, dependent upon skills and experience.
