Job Description

Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant that can provide top-level support for Executive Leaders.

This person will support multiple C-Suite and Executive level leaders and frequently communicate with the Board of Directors, shareholders, and management. This person will be the primary point of contact for the C-Suite offices, manage personal and business calendars, travel coordination, organizational matters, and act a project manager on special or ad hoc projects.


Qualifications

  • 10 years' experience supporting C-Suite level executives
  • Incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • High level of integrity, interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Concur, Databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to create and conduct presentations
