A Day In The Life Of Our Event Coordinator
As an integral part of our team, you'll:
Coordinate and execute virtual Professional Education programs with guidance from our Professional Education team.
Develop engaging customer-facing events using our event management system (CVent).
Ensure the latest and most relevant event information is shared on our SharePoint platform.
Manage the coordination of payments and communication with physician faculty, physicians, and facilities for our Biosense Webster Professional Education team.
Collaborate with our training team to support various learning activities.
Manage course rosters, attendance, and metrics data to drive continuous improvement.
Craft and manage attendee communication, including confirmation emails and welcome letters.
Keep an eye on the event budget and participant expenses, ensuring accuracy for reporting.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of event coordination experience - bring your expertise to the table!
Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred: A Bachelor's Degree that showcases your dedication to learning.
Proficiency in CVent is a must - show us your tech-savvy side!
Prior experience in the medical device field would be a fantastic bonus.
Knowledge of Professional Education processes would set you apart.
