Entry Level Help Desk Support - (Fully Remote)

With a focus on outstanding customer service and collaboration with other technical teams, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality service and promoting change and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to end users on a variety of issues
• Gather information for escalated issues and users
• Actively answer phone calls and work on incidents and tasks in the queue
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
• Collaborate with other members of the IT Service Desk team

Qualifications

• United States Citizenship
• 1-2 years of previous help desk or service desk experience
• 1-2 years of experience in troubleshooting IT environments and working directly with end users/customers
• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience in end user Internet connectivity and hardware/software troubleshooting
• Experience with Active Directory or a similar tool

Desired Experience And Skills

• A+/Net+ Certification
• Experience using MS Office
• Associates degree in an IT-related field
• Outstanding Customer Service Skills

Additional Information

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $47,235.90 to $70,853.84. However, employer considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
