Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer documentation
• Monitor assigned alerts and respond appropriately
• Prepare and set up hardware for customers
• Provide tier 1 support to clients, exceeding their expectations
• Escalate customer support requirements as needed and communicate relevant information

Qualifications

• Ability to explain technical challenges and solutions to individuals with varying backgrounds
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Entry-level position, with experience or certifications preferred
• Ability to manage and coordinate with third-party vendors
