Responsibilities

• Assists with hardware issues as needed.
• Reviews software literature for updates and upgrades.
• Creates and terminates new users in Active Directory related to specific software applications.
• Creates and updates user security access.
• Monitors servers and users to ensure operational systems.
• Conducts system maintenance on the network.
• Provides end-user support for specific software applications.
• Answers and documents all help desk calls related to specific software applications for assigned area.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma
Systems/Software Proficiencies: Active Directory, Help Desk ticketing systems
Top 5 Must Have Skills

• Routine reporting and data integrity.
• Troubleshooting Windows, Outlook/365, web browsers, and hardware.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
• Ability to ramp-up and quickly adapt.
• Strong focus on customer service and exceptional communication skills.

Top 3 Nice To Have Skills

• O365 Administrator experience
• Asset distribution experience
• Hardware repair skills
