Remote Help Desk Technician ($18.50 / Hour)

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support for technical problems
• Maintain accurate user data and documentation of discussions and requests
• Utilize technology tools as directed and maintain confidentiality of user data
• Handle store phone inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure user satisfaction

Requirements

• Microsoft Windows, A+ or Cisco Certifications are a plus
• Technical Diploma preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Retail or IT experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of Windows XP or WEPOS

Additional Information

• The schedule is from 2pm - 11pm, Friday to Tuesday, with one weekend day required
• This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside near Atlanta, GA
• Remote user administration (LANDESK) is a part of the job responsibilities
