Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of employer's products and services
• Assist clients with service inquiries across various platforms
• Utilize computer systems to address account inquiries and complete assigned tasks
• Analyze potential risks and provide solutions that meet client needs
• Resolve disputes and retain clients while minimizing operating loss, following established rules and regulations

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in solving customer service inquiries
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
