Role: Help Desk Agent
Location: Fully Remote – Based anywhere in US
Schedule: Standard 40 hour work week
Years of Required: 1- 2 years (possibly entry level)
Duration: 12+ months
Rate: $18/ hour
Assignment Overview
Responsible for providing phone-based technical support for internal and external customers. Assists customers in determining problems and providing resolutions on regulatory compliance information. Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems. This person will be working with the proprietary internal software tool.
Essential Requirements
- Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to details
- Understanding of escalation processes (how, when, and why escalations may occur)
- Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
- Have quick uptake and be able to learn new tasks easily
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve
Desirable Requirements
- Experience working with web-based database tools to retrieve information
